The Last Of Us 2 Leak Suggests Photo Mode Addition In Day One Update

The Last of Us

One of the most anticipated games of 2020, The Last of Us part 2 will be released on June 19, and its day one patch details have reportedly leaked. The patch will allegedly add photo mode to the dark apocalyptic tale. According to the leak, the update will bring a few more addition to the awaited sequel.

According to the PlayStation Brahs, the patch notes for the game’s 1.01 version will add in a Photo Mode, Concept Art Gallery, and Model Viewer. General bug fixes and extra accessibility options are to feature in day one patch as well. Last month’s State of play broadcast gave an extensive look at the in-game features. The game already has an impressive array of accessible features, boasting 60 accessibility options in total. These features include a contrast mode for low vision players, combat settings, audio prompts, an array of visual aids and much more.

Although the source is unidentified, these additions do not sound unreal for a third person action game developed by one of the best studios in business. Naughty Dog’s latest would not be the first game to add a photo mode after the release. 2018’s God of War needed a similar update, though it rolled out a few weeks after the release. A concept art gallery would help players capture the gritty and dark post apocalyptic world filled with clickers perfectly.

Ever since the story leak last month, fans have been badmouthing the studio for the way Ellie and Joel are treated in the new game. The leak however should not stop people from buying the game, considering the Last of Us Part 1’s huge critical and commercial success. The Last of Us 2 releases on June 19, 2020.
